Over the years (in the UK) and through my work I have been involved in various workshops and projects. Some of these include the following:
- Theological Reflector,
- Course crafter and enabler on interfaith and intercultural theology
- Bible Studies Leader and enabler
- Leading training days for elders and lay leaders
- Organising and Leading a Week Immersion Course for Religious Educators and new ministers
- Consultant and speaker at racism and diversity awareness training
- Leadership Courses for ministers
- Project Leader on mapping the training needs of minority ethnic Christians in the Black Pentecostal Churches
Besides the above, I have led numerous day gatherings and conferences for a variety of ecclesial traditions. I have also worked with others to enable the development of Interfaith groups. I have been helping some congregations with a large African-Caribbean constituency to work though issues of change and conflict.Through the United Reformed Church in my new capacity as Secretary for Racial Justice and Multicultural Ministry, I am available to lead workshops, speak/lecture, carry out research work and act as a consultant in any of the areas of my expertise.
